In the EDIT box, select CHANGE PATIENT
Search for the patient name and then select the encounter that matches. Please be sure you are selecting the correct patient encounter and date-patients entered manually may have more than one entry in the list. QPATH uses 100/200 numbers and not 99 numbers for patient identification.

Click EDIT and ensure the patient information is correct-make sure the resident is listed under OPERATOR and attending under ATTENDING

If you changed probe or preset, your exam will have been automatically split into two exams. Be sure to fill out both worksheets
TO GET THE IMAGES IN EPIC:
Mark the exam as DIAGNOSTIC and once the attending has signed, the exam will upload into EPIC.
IF YOU PERFORMED TWO EXAMS USING THE SAME PROBE AND PRESET:
You will have to "SPLIT" the exams to two separate ones in order to attach two worksheets
On the Exams list page, select IMAGE OPERATIONS
Select all the images from the second exam and select SPLIT
When you refresh the exam list page, you should see two entries under your patient name
EDIT and select appropriate exam types for each exam to populate the correct worksheets
Fill the worksheet and sign each exam

TO CREATE A CUSTOM FILTER TILE:
On the Exams list page, use the three dots next to any column header to change the sort order and filters to your preference
For example, I click the three dots next to ATTENDING, then under FILTER, I select "is equal to" and then my username. This filters the exams to only exams where I am the attending.
When you have the filters and sort orders how you like, CLICK the PUSHPIN in the top right of the window. Fill out the name and description box and click OK
Now, when you open the HOME page, your new Filter Tile will appear.
