Mission Statement

This site was created as part of an educational project for completion of the ACEP Teaching Fellowship in 2018-2019.  At the time, we noticed a paucity of guidance when it came to creating a POCUS curriculum, with what resources that existed feeling a bit scattershot.  The purpose of this site is to provide curated resources for developing your POCUS curriculum, including ready-made plans along with components to utilize as you see fit.  Over time, we hope this site will become a premier resource for all things POCUS education-related.

Secondarily, this site will also serve as a primary source for online administrative and educational support for the Washington University in St. Louis Emergency Ultrasound Division.  Feel free to be nosy if you are not affiliated with Wash U, but outside of the blog, we don't expect you to find much of it very interesting!
